911TT More Wiring

The never ending adventure for Fred’s 911. I’ve been slowly chipping away at the final wiring. The goal is to end up with a presentable set of wiring that can be exposed. This is a slow process. Today was productive and I feel like a real step was made.

One ring to rule them all…

Part of the slowness of this cleaning requires moving my original ring terminals from their random bolted connections over to the terminal block.

I enjoy the chaos of this photo.

Finished Lengthening Wires

Now all my grouped wires are long enough to make the new terminal block points I have the excitement of bundling all these wires.

Inching closer to finishing the wiring. Learning along the way. The biggest take away from this correction effort is fully planning all circuits and understanding how they all interact. When first building the harness I didn’t realize how many sensors would require the same few 5 voltage sources or grounds. In my next build it will be planned with much more details.

Until next time…
